OLD STUDENTS (ALUMNI) ASSOCIATION

The Alumni Association of Sri Subbaraya & Narayana College was established in the year 1956 with 200 students with the initiation of I.Ranganayakulu Principal at that time association makes it as a registered Body. Consists of President, Secretary, Treasurer, Executive, General Body and members.

Alumni Association:

A college is known to the public from its creditable past. The past is nothing but its alumni and their achievements. Over the past 5 and a half decades , S.S & N College has moulded tens of thousands of students who have occupied prestigious positions and made their almamater proud. It shall not be an exaggeration if we say position, be it academic, administration, trade, finance fine arts or even politics. They are proud of their alma mater as the alma mater is rightly and affectionately proud of its dear alumni.

Aims Object of the Association:

1. To conduct regularly old boys meet and get-togethers in the institution.
2. To plan for the development of the institution through their share of contribution, financial or other wise.
3. To explore, through number of Alumni working abroad, the possibilities for exchange of knowledge, technology and other advanced learning tool for the benefit of the present students.
4. To support the financial needs of the institution for the development of infrastructure.
5. To institute prizes, awards, cash incentives and scholarships to meritorious and poor students in order to encourage academic proficiency in them.

At the time of Golden Jubilee Celebrations Alumni conduced several programmes like meetings, Felicitations to the greater, the ignitaries of our old students with the help of and the support of Sri K. Kasi Rama Rao, President, S. S & N. College committee, Sri N.Rama Rao, Secretary and Correspondent and college committee members most of the Alumini members are participated in the program with grand success . The Alumini Association has honoured the famous delights of old students of our college and also felicitate the President & Secretary in Correspondence a remarkable man of action, pride famous minister Sri.K.Rosaiah Garu.




The Alumni Associations has been organised competitions were S.S. & N College students arrange this scholarships for the poor people presentation of cultural programms at the time of college day celebrations in every year. The Alumni association has proposed women’s A hostel building, administrative willing in the college premises, building for reading room in the college hostel with the support of the college committee, etc.,




The Alumni Association has organised seminars, discussions, conducting cultural programmes scholarships to poor and financially backward students. It is the back bone ward of the entire student community. Every year at the time of College Day celebrations take a part and maintained get together and also supporting to the college committee and governing all the students, act on a lovely friends.
